Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit.

  • Defective (e.g., spoiled or leaking jars).

  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong product delivered).

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at maislonche@gmail.com or call +91 85911 94798 with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Attach photos of the product and packaging with your email or your WhatsApp message if applicable.

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and inform you of the next steps.

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions, depending on the case.

 

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds are limited to the product’s purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

If a defective product is eligible for exchange, we will replace it with the same item (subject to availability). Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost.

 

Cancellations
