For those who may not know, mai means mother and lonche is pickle.
MAI's Lonche is a heartfelt tribute to Mrs. Mary D'Souza who was known for her love of cooking and nurturing her family with soul-satisfying meals. Inspired by her legacy, her daughters Janet and Lenette have come together to carry forward her tradition of creating authentic, high-quality pickles.
Our pickles are made with the finest ingredients—fresh fish or vegetables, natural spices, and premium olive and mustard oil—without any preservatives or artificial additives. Crafted with love in a homely kitchen setup, each jar is a celebration of the flavours and warmth that Mrs. D'Souza passed down through generations.
